AS OF SEPTEMBER 16, 2022, THE INTERNATIONAL TRADITIONAL KNOWLEDGE INSTITUTE FOUNDATION (ITKI F) HAS CHANGED ITS NAME TO CREATIVE KNOWLEDGE FOUNDATION TO REINFORCE THE ROLE OF CREATIVE KNOWLEDGE WITHIN ITS MISSION STATEMENT.

The Creative Knowledge Foundation is a non-profit, 501(c)(3) that reinforces the role of  “Creative People“ – the living keepers of the Creative Knowledge of the world. Creative Knowledge (CK) is the “… contemporary evolution of traditional knowledge-based practices that have adjusted to the rules of nature and have learned how to work with it and not against it…”

Breads of the Creative Cities is an ongoing project that is supported by the Creative Knowledge Foundation and its partner – Tucson UNESCO Creative City of Gastronomy.
