BREADS OF THE CREATIVE CITIES
“… bread is a culturally significant staple food of a community, made with a local flour and water…”
Breads of the Creative Cities is an ongoing project that is supported by the Creative Knowledge Foundation and its partner – Tucson UNESCO Creative City of Gastronomy.

The project is a concrete and tangible example of cultural exchange, inclusion, sharing of traditional knowledge, sustainability to better preserve the environment and promote health, for which Italy is the spokesman in the world.

The project looks at the fascinating relationship between Carrara – the city of marble – and its talented artisans and artists through video-interviews and cultural itineraries that show beauty and heritage around the city.
